Some details from the video: The new solution can detect hand gestures, thus sign language communication can be processed in the computer. Researchers created a glove able to detect signes used by the deaf and to convert them to sound and text. This is a complex linguistic task, therefore the linguistic analysis is handled by a smartphone application. The Tolmácskesztyű (Interpreter glove) can be used by people with limited or no ability to speak.
