It usually has the poet's name or pen name (Taquallus). My own Urdu pen name is Zahid.The translation is loose but true to the original although I have taken some liberties to make it more comprehensible to an uninitiated reader.Believe me, while this is perhaps one of the best forms of poetry, it is the hardest to write.
